At Bareeso, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your product.

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange:

  • Delivered product is damaged, defective, or broken.

  • Delivered product is incorrect (wrong color, size, or model).

  • The product does not match the description provided on our website.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items bought on clearance or major promotional sales cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

  • Used, washed, or altered products.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team via Email at bareesostore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/Call at +92 342 8414212  within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID and clear images or a video showing the issue/defect with the product.

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you on how to ship the package back to us.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If the return/exchange is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item shipped), Bareeso will cover all shipping costs.

  • If you wish to exchange the item due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind), the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 working days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
